In the evening not even luke warm water to shower. Same story this morning. Complaining about this at the front desk; their reply: did you turn the shower handle the correct way??? big Duhhhh! But no action whatsoever nor any excuses. Next time I’ll certainly skip staying here!

The first room it had some issues with the AC, refrigerator, and restroom but they were able to provide us with another room and it was excellent. We liked the housekeeping staff and breakfast staff they were super friendly. The hotel was in a good area surrounded with other restaurants, park and businesses.

Nice place but too hot in the hallways and room.
The room was nice and clean but very HOT. Left ac on for three hours but not any cooler so called front desk and they told us how to reset it. That seemed to work but then during the night it didn’t cool off. We were too tired by then to change rooms. Told the young man when we checked out about ac and bathroom sink pugging up. He was very nice but didn’t write anything down to share with maintenance like he said he would.

Overall we were impressed. We did find leftover food in the mini fridge and microwave that had not been disposed of prior to our entering the room. The pool was closed for maintenance on a holiday weekend which seems like a silly time to be closed. We were given instructions to use the Days Inn pool next door however that pool was frigid, and the staff seemed to have no idea that the Holiday Inn was doing that. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and experience.
