Treat your family and friends to their best vacation ever! Our WARM and COZY Old Tahoe Style home is waiting for you. This three bedroom, three bath single family home with fenced backyard and 6 person hot tub is the perfect alpine retreat for skiers, hikers and golfers alike.

Set on a flat access driveway with a parking place for at least 3 cars, this house is in quiet private setting yet within easy walking distance to sandy beaches and nearby amenities of Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach.

We welcome up to 6 guests including children at our house, with:
3 bedrooms
1 sitting room
3 bathrooms
1 King Bed
2 Queen Beds
4 Twin Beds
1 Sofa beds


This smoke-free house is ideal for large families or shared by several families. All three bedrooms have their own private, full bath and closet. This is a fabulous home for a very reasonable price. Can't wait to see you here!

Pets are welcome and the house has an enclosed fenced backyard. You can bring up to three (3) maximum number of pets with you. Please, add a $35 one-time pet fee to your reservation for up to 3 pets if you are planning to have pets. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay as the location is so close to the beach! However, for the price, the property is getting a bit worn down and could use a little tender loving care in the form of deferred maintenance. The hot tub was nice; however, the backyard really needs to be cleaned up in order to use.

The kids loved it there. Walk to the beach but was too cold because it’s winter! Walk to restaurants. Nice area close to the main road. Close to North Star. Our dog loved the fenced backyard. Very quiet dishwasher. We had a great time!

Good location and great price!
The property is in a good location to access all North Tahoe areas, and it’s easy to get to the main road to travel anywhere in the area. My husband and I (and our 2 dogs) stayed and the house was exactly as described. It’s fairly well appointed with what you need for a stay. Things are a bit dated, other than the recently updated kitchen, but comfortable and absolutely worth the stay! We only used the main level, and it was great for our needs.

Wonderful Kings Beach location
My husband and Iand our 3 adult children and 2 Labrador dogs thoroughly enjoyed the house snd location. The house is an older home, but the location can’t be beat for the price! The internet worked perfect for 2 that were working remotely during our 15 day stay. The back yards needs some tidying, but our dogs didn’t seem to mind. Walking distance to lake, downtown, restaurants and ice cream shops (Tahoe time ice cream has free “pup cups” for the dogs) we would definitely rent again when we visit!

Big House at Fair Price but Needs a Gardener
This big house might be perfect in winter, and it's OK for summer too--1/2 mile down a flat shady road to the beach; great kitchen... some new appliances; new floors... but it needs a gardener and some furniture upgrades. The outside has a hot tub, table, BBQ, but it's way too weedy to be pleasant. The master bed doesn't fit on its frame and is not too comfy. And there are no good chairs in the living room to watch TV. It would not take much to upgrade this house to really fine. As it is, it's big, safe, clean, functional and has a few nice touches. Great kitchen. We had a nice stay. No sports on the TV.
