A luxurious detached lodge set within an exclusive gated development, with wonderful open views across neighbouring farmland. Only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Burnham Market, North Norfolk's most visited village, with its boutique style shopping, fabulous eateries and cosmopolitan vibe, and a mere ten minute drive away from its glorious coastline and fabulous beaches. How cool is that?
14 Westgate enjoys one of the best positions on the prestigious Poplars development, has a top notch specification, Paul Smith accessories dotted throughout and walls graced with stunning coastal photography. The open plan living area, combining sitting and dining areas, and adjoining kitchen, is flooded with natural light from full length bi-fold doors that run the full width of the lodge on its western side to take full advantage of the wonderful panoramic views and fabulous sunsets as the sun goes down on another big blue sky day. With three super-king bedrooms (two can be switched to twin beds) and two beautifully appointed bathrooms (one is en-suite) this is the ideal retreat for a couples getaway but, with the flexibility of the twin bed options, a great choice for families too. You can bring along your much-loved dog as well, who will enjoy snoozing on the sunny terrace while keeping its eye out for any passing wildlife and potential titbits from the Big Green Egg barbecue, while you relax, share a bottle of local wine and soak up the scenery.
14 Westgate lends itself perfectly to both short and longer breaks, and is a superb base for both staying local as well as exploring further afield. There's so much to do within the village and the immediate local area, you may find you need to stay longer than you thought!
