Bedroom #2 includes a standalone queen size bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a standalone queen size bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Covered boat slip with lift and 2 jet ski docking ramps available for guest use. Maximum of 23' and 5,000 lbs for boat lift use. Ballasts must be emptied prior to using boat lift.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the back porch and actively monitoring the boat dock and firepit area.
