Friendly, courteous, helpful reception staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. The 2 rooms I booked were the largest, had a wet bar and comfortable seating area. Delicious breakfast with many selections. The 24 hour beverage machine was a lovely bonus. Will definitely return as well as spread the word to family and friends.

Me any my two teenage daughters had a great stay here recently. The room was clean, beds were comfy and everything seemed new. The breakfast was good and it was an easy drive to downtown and Queen's University. We would stay again.

Very pleasant room with comfortable beds, attractive, easy to get to from the highway. Nice arrangement of the room and bathroom, but why is there no table? Hate having to perch on the bed to share a glass of wine with my husband. Bathroom had nice features -- defogger on the mirror! and a night light. One odd thing is that the tub squeaked somewhat alarmingly if you moved around while taking a shower. Sort of scary. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was "continental" but included premade omelet and sausage, plus hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, waffles, muffins, toast, cereal, all nice quality and plenty of options. One thing I would improve is the coffee machine in the breakfast room -- huge lineup because each cup is made individually. Keurig coffee in the room is terrible. Coffee aside, we would happily go back to this place the next time we're passing through.

Arrived quite late in the evening for my stay and the gentleman that was working the overnight shift was extremely helpful and accommodating. Really went above and beyond what I expected at that time of the evening.
