Really enjoyed your friendly staff. The room was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Was lovely to get a hot coffee and even some breakfast first thing in the morning. Although the side door always slammed with a big bang from people coming in and out, they could perhaps somehow make that closing door quieter. Otherwise it was a great stay. Will stay again

Was traveling with a toddler and was glad to have access to a playpen. In future, I would book on the first floor since there is no elevator for bringing up luggage. Dwayne was very sweet and helped me carry suitcases upstairs.

The room appears very thoughtfully and practically designed - a night table on each side of the bed, ample space to place your bags and hang items. Clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Close to shopping and dining options.

The staff at the main reception were not friendly. I was told there's coffee 24/7 and when id serve myself coffee, it was cold, there was no cream/milk available and the little trash next to the coffee was overflowing. I advised the receptionist that id like a room on the main level as I have back pain and was given a room on the second floor instead and had to carry my baggages all the way to the second floor.
