The best hotel ive stayed at in decades. Brand spanking new it is state of the art snd FINALLY a hotel room with enough plugs and USB ports...although we could not get our kindles to connect to the wifi so we could not read. The room w hall and bath are very spacious in fact it was bigger than our apartment ... if i ever have to stay in Kingston i will stay here but maybe NOT on a Saturday as there was a lot of noise and partying in the hall on pur floor which really affdcted our sleep.

Very dissappointed
We were extremely frustrated with the television. Their chrome cast woyld not work so they said they woukd send someone up. Instead I soend an hour on the phone with a tech support guy with no manners. He coyld not figure it out so we have up. The outlet on the besside table did not work. The ice maker near us did not work. Woynd up all over the hotel to find ice.
