Getting out of parking lot was a big pain. Already pay for parking in my room fee. Then still go through the process of calling to get some one to open the gate. Big nuisance for the money I already paid to stay there. Not very well thought out.

The location of this hotel is really good - core downtown. It’s walkable to all the touristy areas and even transportation is good. Our room was at corner with beautiful harbour view. Though only downside was that the balcony was not clean. It had cobwebs all over and even the chairs were not cleaned.

Great location, great view of the waterfront. Lots of restaurants nearby. The balcony was nice but not cleaned very often. I had to pay for parking, and using a card to get in and out of the parking lot was a bit of a pain.

The hotel haa a wonderful location, right on the waterfront and right downtown close to all shopping and dining options. The room was spacious and the balcony overlooking the harbour was a bonus. Friendly staff. Excellent outdoor waterfront patio. Very reasonable price for a waterfront location.
