The best hotel in Orkney!
Fantastic stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Orkney. My room was beautiful with everything you could need. My bathroom was fantastic with a bath and a great walk in double shower with rain shower. The food is fantastic and I would highly recommend eating here even if you aren’t a guest. All in all a fantastic stay and hopefully I will be back soon

Best hotel I have ever staye in
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The owner was so flexible with me as I arrived late into Kirkwall due to the ferry times and was up super early the next day for work. He prepared a breakfast for me the night before as I couldn’t make the allocated breakfast time to make sure I didn’t go without. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable! A lovely big bed that you sink right into. The room was very big and even had sky tv!! The bathroom was lovely too. The food in the hotel is some of the best I have ever had! There is plenty of choice and it all looks incredible! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I could not fault the overall service we received during our stay at the Lynnnfield Hotel - the staff were very attentive in every aspects, even during breakfast and dinner service. Keep up the overall service yous provide overall.

Traditional, comfortable hotel.
I arrived three hours before check-in but was kindly allowed into my room as it was already prepared. While I was waiting the lovely receptionist gave me some great tips for places to visit on the island.The room was really cosy with antique-type furniture and the bathroom was really stunning with under-floor heating, a large bath, separate shower and Arran Aromatics toiletries. I found the rest of the hotel quite traditional - someone described it to me as "old-fashioned" - but I found it really cosy and inviting. My only gripe is that the TV was rather complicated to work but another team member did confirm that this was being reviewed.

Orkney with Style
The Lynnfield is an all round good experience. The room and public areas are attractive and have lots of character. Paintings and pictures everywhere and a manager who looks after you. Also a really good place to eat. Full marks.
