Fantastic stay near Disney World

We were a party of 7 and stayed at this property for 2 weeks during the UK school holidays and we had a great stay. The kids loved the pool and the fact that every room had a TV so they could always watch cartoons. All the amenities are there and when the dryer became damaged the host replaced it promptly with a brand new one that worked great. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Disney World parks and shopping nearby such as Walmart and Publix only 10-15 minutes away.

A Perfect Stay: Spacious, Well-Kept & Centrally Located

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was extremely well-kept. Its central location made it easy to explore nearby shopping and dining options. Even when we accidentally set off the security alarm when checking in late at night, the host was incredibly understanding and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had an awesome time and would highly recommend this property!

GREAT/QUIET location

This was a great place to come back to after a long day of visiting the theme parks. Our first two days we came back and slept (very well). The pool was a good temperature and had a variety of pool toys. This house provided a lot of household items that other rentals lacked (toilet paper/pool towels as a couple of examples).We had a couple of slight uses but were handle quickly. We liked the neighborhood feel and the quietness of the neighborhood.There is some evidence of normal wear and tear, but definitely nothing that would keep up from renting this property again.

Tranquil private pool area

The area was quiet and we felt safe. The pool was by far my favorite area. Screened in with flora that gave privacy. It really was warm all the time .Michelle was easy to work with, cheerful, and responsive.I would stay there again.

Had a great stay with the family over Christmas. Good layout of the rooms in the house. Of course everyone’s favorite place was the heated pool. Michelle went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the heating on Dec/24, so Christmas was saved!

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful and the pool was wonderful! The distance to attractions was perfect! Shopping and restaurants were nearby and it didn’t feel like we were in the middle of tourists traffic! Excited to book another stay at in the future!

Fijn verblijf

Het verblijf in dit huis was fijn. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De keuken is volledig en er zijn ruim voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. We misten een groter wasrek en een grotere wasmand. Dit zelf maar aangeschaft en achter gelaten. Net als een bakplaat. Hier hebben we buiten heerlijk van gegeten. Het zwembad was geweldig, net als de buitenruimte. Er is veel ruimte onder de lanai. Dat was ook de reden dat we dit huis geboekt hadden. Minpunt vonden wij het onderhoud. Dat kan net even beter. De lamp in de douche is gewoon te vies. Net als wat schimmelplekken in de douche. Het zwembad heeft ook wat onderhoudsplekken. De voegen laten wat los. Ook het gaas van de kooi in de tuin is op sommige plekken wat slechter. De stofzuiger is een ramp. Wat een log en zwaar ding. En hij zuigt ook slecht. Maar we hebben echt genoten in het huis. Het is een rustige buurt en goed bereikbaar. Ook het contact met Michelle verliep prima. Het alarm op het huis is fijn. Kortom, we zouden een volgende keer het huis weer boeken.

Disney Trip!!

This home was perfect for what we needed!! Very spacious and made you feel right at home. I cooked every night and most breakfasts and lunch on our 7 Day stay, the kitchen had everything I needed to make it easy for me to prepare meals for my family. The property was well taken care of during our stay with the trash being taken out to the street and pool maintenance on the regular overall we enjoyed our stay and will save to our favorites if we shall return to the area. 😊

Perfect for a mixed age family group

This is my fourth time visiting Florida and with it being my kids first time, I knew the house had to have a pool. I looked through 100s of houses to find one that wasn’t a weird angle shape, too small or too shallow. This pool was perfect. It was nice and warm and at 5’11, it covered my head in the deep end. The neighbourhood was quiet and centrally located to most places we were interested in visiting. Any small problems I had with the pool were quickly rectified by Michelle who was very responsive to her messages. A couple of things I would recommend to the host company, maybe have a leaf blower clean off the screen once a week. I found myself staring at the growth from the trees while laying on the lounger. Not a big deal and wouldn’t affect my decision to rent here again. One thing I absolutely loved about this place was the privacy. The trees surrounded the pool and during my morning coffee or in the evening I would love to just sit there and listen to the birds and watch the family of squirrels jump around in the trees. The knife block was a little to be desired but again, not a big deal. The whole place was comfy and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Big house for the price.

Not bad for the price. Bed in master needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Pool enclosure needs cleaning. Very poor exterior lighting. Had to use flashlight from car to front door. Other then those couple of things everything else was fine. House was well equiped with all we needed for a two week stay. The Host was great to deal with.
