Very happy with my stay ,nice house with a lot of space and comfortable bedroom I stay there with my family and we had a great time nice private pool .
I would not rent from this company . The process was easy to follow to get in. But when we called to tell the company that the TV in the living room was broke that the garbage disposal was broke and the hot tub didnât work. They never answered the first 2 times, then we they did they could not have been more rude.
All we wanted was to let them know about a few deficiencies. The woman from the company was rude and kept talking over us, she said that we did not pay extra for heating of the hot tub.
There is no where in the contract where we saw this.
Needless to say I would not rent from this agency.
House was ok. Having no internet or tv for the whole trip was a nightmare. Reached out several times to different given numbers. One said they were not the property managers for the property. The other sent someone who couldn't fix the problem. I want a major refund as the 4 of us had to travel somewhere to get service to be able to work. No tv was brutal!!!!!!!
It took me a month to make a review because I am not one to ever complain. I travel more than once a month, and I usually share about all of the amazing things about a place.
The first thing I will mention is that you will not get an address until the day before, which becomes a big problem when you have coworkers traveling over 22 hours and need to give an address of stay at their countryâs airport.

But to me the truly worst part was the fact that after LONG traveling hours my guests didnât have a bed, 4 of them had a cot for bed. To say that I was embarrassed to offer that was an understatement. Then, the 3 beds that had a mattress were unsleepable. Yes. We did not get more than 2 hours of sleep in our stay. I do not recommend this place unless your only option is to sleep in a car. Very disappointed. Never again.
Orlando Renters is a tough company to deal with and I will not use them again. I would recommend to hotels.com that they reconsider brokering bookings for this company. âcustomer serviceâ was rude and dismissive. The hot tub will not be hot unless you tell them ahead of time and incur an additional hidden cost. If this was known ahead of time Iâd be okay with it. However nowhere in the listing or the extensive pre-registration paperwork was this noted. The house was dated, holes in carpet, blinds to the pool area donât open. Additionally, you are assigned a house from an inventory rather than being able to select an individual property

It should be taken off of as a rental property!! My home was filled with ants and roaches! Dirty walls, curtains and couches! No sofa bed as stated! Heat to pool is broken! Home is the nasty on the block in the complex. Iâve stayed in this complex before in a WAY NICER HOME! Matter of a fact it was right across the street!!! The home needed to be cleaned my second day there; since it was not cleaned before my arrival. My family and I had to leave the home for hours so the house could be cleaned!! INCONVENIENT!!! Windows were dirty, someone before us stepped on a bug and just left it! GROSS!!! Not enough towels and wash clothes, barely and pots and pans. I left some Faboloso and clean-up bleach there that I purchased on my own during my stayâŠTELL YOUR TEAM TO USE IT AND REALLY CLEAN!
Take this house off of the listings!!! Itâs nasty!!!!! My house back in PA is better and cleaner. Thanks for ruining my holidays with my family!!! Iâll never use your rental properties again and Iâll make sure to tell others not to rent from this company EVER!
The stat was excellent except the pool was so cold it was unusable. We had to pay to heat it but then we were told the overnight temperatures made heating it impossible. We were disappointed but other then that it was wonderful
Our experience in dealing with this rental management company was a nightmare from the moment we submitted the reservation. A few days after submitting the request and making payment we received a message thinking us for our stay. When the time came they sent us two different rental addresses, in two different towns. We secured a property that showed a hot tub, there was none. We secured a property with three queen beds, there were only 2. There was no door alarm or baby gate, as required by law for the pool. The pool had not been cleaned when we arrived. There was no hot water in kitchen and proprty damge to screen area and sliding door. We were mislead to believe if was in Champions Gate resort. It stated there was an art gallery and shopping mall on site. There was none of that either. Anytime we pointed out things showing them to be liars, they became rude and resorted to threats. Called us liars and blamed us for booking errors. Tried to have a civil conversation about the misleading info prior to arriving to ensure we received the amenities requested. She was hateful, ugly and hung up on me. My husband tried and got the same treatment. They made it seem like they were "doing us a favor" by trying to find something comparable but truly made no efforts. She became a bully and even threatened to kick us out early when we had finally had enough of the lies and sent screenshots. Don't waste your time. Keep looking. There are better options!
