The restaurant staff could do with some additional training on service. Food was brought separately so some had to start & finish before others started. Additionally, the food was just placed on the table for us to figure out whose food was whose. Waitress had to call others to help her use the card machine. They kept passing us to close windows & turned off lights without the courtesy to be excused etc. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Concierge staff was very kind & helpful.

Generally a good hotel. Only used the room and room service. Staff were excellent. Only thing I would say they should some mood lighting in the room for those that don’t enjoy overly bright lights. Enjoyed my one night stay

Excellent hotel. I loved the facilities. Daily room cleaning. Conformable bed and bedding. Food is very good, menu selection is excellent. Only drawback is service can be slow at times. Serving tea or coffee was very slow. Ordered food took very long everytime. Otherwise, location is perfect, devoid of noise and accessible to many local attaractions.

The service and location were great, the property is being renovated, except for the minor noise inconvenience the stay was great. breakfast was expensive, Hotel located in the center of town, close to supermarket and other shopping.

Had a good experience. Hotel is under renovation, so lots of construction noise during the day. Room was spacious and clean, AC worked perfectly. Great location -- right in the middle of the city. Strong WiFi

Beginning of VACATION!!!
A very nice comftable place to stay where everything is walking distance. For the price of the rooms , it does need to be renovated and updated. Overall I enjoyed it.

Despite renovations, and certain areas closed, the staff went out of their way to accommodate requests and provide service well above expectation. Every staff encounter was profession, efficient and friendly. Eric who assisted with business centre needs requires special mention as he went way out of his way to assist.
