The location is great and convenience. It is surrounded with plenty of shopping mall and you can easily visit other parts of Osaka by taking different kinds of transport eg JR , kansai train or metro However, the coin laundry at 24/f is confusing, especially the drying function, clothings are dripping of water when u get them out of the machine.

Extremely convenient location. Walking distance to 3 main train stations and countless restaurants. Hotel is very clean, modern. Staff are friendly. Self service check in and check out very quick and efficient. Highly recommended

We stayed here for 3 nights because we wanted a room with more space. The room was not as spacious as I thought it would be. Most of the space was used for the bath area, with a separate toilet, sink and a wet room with a bathtub and stand up shower. The hotel is in a central location on the 9th floor. You will need to use two sets of elevators to get to your room. There are four elevators and it’s slow and crowded most times which we found cumbersome.

This hotel located right near the train station and a shopping mall lots of eating places it the best place to stay in Osaka I’ve stayed here multiple times.

Located in a very good location, right next to Osaka Station in the heart of Umeda. Lots of food, retail and transport options. Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean, complete with bathtub. Amenities are complete including laundry. Eco-friendly hotel.

Almost perfect hotel except the room is too small. Very nice location and service. The design of the room is already very smart for small spaces, but it would be nice to have the only 2 mirrors be at different places so I can do makeups when my mom is brushing her teeth. But overall this hotel is very good! I will go stay there every time.

All you can expect from a mid-range priced hotel. One good to be pointed out is that -- even though they have hundreds of rooms, the time it took to check-in and out at peak time (3pm in and 11am out) were incredibility fast, thanks for lots of self-check in/out counters, with ample staff nearby to assist whenever needed. That's exactly what we need. Perfect location at heart of Umeda & Oosaka Station (shopping malls are literally downstairs). Train or bus strict away to Kan-sai International Airport (KIX). Room is fairly spacious, room layout of bed and bathrooms is normal, given the Japan-downtown-standard of room size. What's can be improved is that due to the large numbers of room, the lobby are often crowded. But no compliant with this price range.
