The public baths here are excellent. They’re free for guests and include the regular baths and hot stone saunas. Also all of the skin and hair products included are absolutely lovely and the rooms come with the standard jammies, razors,tooth brushes, combs, slippers and skin scrubbing towels. Particularly amazing were the very local(Japanese language only, but so welcoming!) izakaya and sushi spots literally one minute from the hotel. Also the covered markets are RIGHT THERE. Amazing.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It's a great location to multiple train stations. We were able to get to Himeji Castle and Kobe easily using the train system. The spa is also set up nicely. Staff here is super polite and helpful. Room is clean and well equipped. Our only feedback is that we wish we have a refrigerator in the room, but it's not that important. Thank you.

Nice hotel with nice public bath
If you visit this hotel first time, it is a bit hard to locate in the underground network. If you try above ground may need to walk a big circle. I think this is a nice hotel for the room and public bath. However, the public bath is just hot water. I am not sure why everyone else give such high rate. The staff is nice and polite. Breakfast actually excellent. However, the hotel policy doesn't allow overnight luggage hold is not ideal to travel in Japan. I would consider this is negative service experience.
