Stayed one night for business it's a basic Hotel nothing special but clean and bed was comfortable. However I worked overnight and checked into the hotel at 7:30 a.m. I just wanted to sleep for a few hours before I had to check out at 11:00 a.m. the two ladies at the front desk clearly didn't know what they were doing. they had me waiting there for almost 8 minutes trying to check me in something that should have been 2 minutes. They scanned my driver's license and kept telling me to put in my account number for my credit card for the incidenta. I said no you mean my PIN number she says no your account number it almost felt like a scam. I would stay there again but Best Western needs to train their staff and not have someone not capable of operating the front desk.

If you're looking for a dirty, smelly hotel room this is the place for you! We walked into our room and were immediately greeted with musty air, dirty carpets, stains all over the floor, yellow curtains that were once white, and hair in the bathroom… ew! Wish I could attach pics to this to show you but I can’t :( Expedia tried to get a refund for this disastrous stay and the hotel refused/was not accommodating at all. I'd rate it a 0/5 if I could! Please avoid this place at all costs, I DO NOT recommend at all!

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and honestly, disgusting. There was blood on the pillowcase and in the bed. There was such little water pressure for the shower that rinsing shampoo and conditioner out of your hair was next to impossible. Killed a giant centipede right before getting into bed. Got into the bed and noticed a spider on the ceiling above our bed that we had to kill as well. We were extremely grossed out.

I found the female staff member at the check in desk was abrupt and unfriendly. She did not explain what facilities were available on the property it was almost I was made to feel that I was beneath her. When my husband and I entered the room there were limited items such as one towel for 2 guests ? limited tissue and toilet paper where again my husband had to return to the front desk to ask for more. I have travelled a lot for business and never experienced this type of service from a hotel! Especially the money spent to have this type of service! Also the Continental breakfast was cold and limited selection I refuse to return to this hotel for future business trips.

This hotel was clean but very basic. The breakfast was very simple and barely warm. The pancakes come out of a machine. For the price at nearly $400 a night it was disappointing. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.
