The hotel was nice and clean. I was disappointed when I realized that even though I reserved a suite with two adults and two children, the bedding for the pull out sofa was not already in the room. My children were very tired when we arrived and even during check-in, it was not mentioned. I know on Christmas eve, everyone (including hotel staff) is busy and/or looking forward to their own family celebrations. I suppose I should have confirmed during check in... I just assumed the hotel would have the room prepped for our arrival, similarly to having the room cleaned for our arrival.
