The gym is the best-equipped, largest hotel gym I've ever seen. One suggestion: provide better signage from the parking lot to tell people how to get to the lobby to check in before they have a key. One of your staff helped us but otherwise we would have taken our bags up the outside concrete stairs which is quite difficult.

I did not like that the heater did not work properly at all. It very cold. It was very cold and snowy outside and at night the heater would not stay. Room would stay at 69 degrees fahrenheit. Freezing in middle of night.
