Two story, loft apartment with a country feel located on a rural road on the outskirts of Waterloo close to St. Jacobs (9.3 km), St. Jacobs Farmers Market (6.3 km), The Boardwalk (6.4 in), Conestoga Mall (7.9 km), RIM Park (10.8 km), Laurel Creek Conservation Area (5.4 km) and a 10 minute drive to the University of Waterloo (4.8 km) and Wilfrid Laurier (9.1 km) A vehicle is highly recommended for our location. Nearest bus stop is a 2km walk.

Private rear two story loft unit with slider to deck. Three piece Bathroom with shower located on the second floor loft.
A loft space is an apartment with an open layout. The walls in the bedroom upstairs do not fully extend to the ceiling.

Entire private back loft unit. Spacious backyard, Side driveway.

The unit is located in a two unit home in the outskirts of town. Car recommended. Access to the loft is at the side and back of house with a shared driveway

Nice place, clean, short ceilings upstairs
My husband and I are both tall, so the short ceilings upstairs were not perfect for us, but the space was clean and well appointed. If you are looking for an out of the way place, it's really lovely and calm.
