It is a truly remarkable piece of heaven in Cambridge. I come here for work every quarter, and I switched from my regular hotel to "try something new" and, quite frankly, less expensive. It is my second time staying here, and like before, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was responsive and accommodating. I stayed in the 1-bedroom business unit, which had everything I needed. I highly recommend it!

The property is clean, spacious, and comfy. I enjoyed the stay. The online check in process can take some time so be sure to do all the steps so you dont have something to complain about. No front desk or in peraon staff which doesn't bother me.

It was fairy quiet, but the walls seem to be quite thin. I could hear the room next to me every time they went into their closet, almost like they were in the room. That was a small distraction though. Great selection of pillows, 2-hard and 2-soft. LOVED the soft ones! Very close (like 50 feet) from great restaurants. The only issue is, don't let the battery on your phone die! You need your phone to get in and out, or even call for assistance.

parking for $35 per night is a little steep. the wifi did not work in our room. I had sent a text about this on our first day and did not get a reply. I had come down to the office to ask where to put cans and bottles and the answer was throw it down the garbage chute. I'm no where near an environmentalist but really? cans and bottles in the garbage?
