Backing onto Huron Natural Area, Kitchener's largest natural space, and only a 5 minute drive to HWY 401. This peaceful location is one you don't want to miss.

This professionally decorated house showcases large windows for natural lighting, gorgeous views, a cozy living room, and open concept kitchen.

Please note this is a quiet neighborhood, we kindly ask there to be no parties or loud music!

The 1 bedroom apartment is the lower unit of a house. It is a walkout basement with beautiful surroundings.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself, and full use of the private patio and backyard

We have minimal interaction with guests to allow privacy during your stay. Yet we are always reachable to help out or answer any questions.

Quiet neighborhood, 3 min walk to a huge network of nature trails, close to the 401

There is a bus stop in front of the house if you wish to use public transit. There is available street parking as well

We have 8km of maintained walking trails through the natural area and forest behind the house. Trail access is only a 3 min walk from the house! Wildlife sightings, gorgeous views and fresh air in abundance here!
