Balled up wet towel in bathtub on check in. Was instructed to just put it in laundry. Stayed 3 nights. No room services at all, no empty of garbage, removal of dirty towels etc. sign in Bathroom said service provided every other day but none provided for our stay. Each night we arrived back to collect our own clean towels and continue to pile used ones in bathroom. When front desk notified, they suggested we empty our garbage and leave in hall. Paid over 200 dollars per night for very poor basic hotel service. Front desk employee on check out was very apologetic and agreed to pass our concerns on to management

Barroom had hair in drain and tub from previous that I removed myself. Found room wedged open with all of our luggage and computers inside while housekeeping took her break. We actually arrived back in room and stayed while we waited for her to come back. Anyone else could have walked in off street and removed items. Very disappointed

This is the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. The run is discuss and had everything we needed. It was quiet and wished we were staying longer. We are sorry we forgot the girls name who checked us in, but she was great. We had a very pleasant experience here. THANK YOU.

Generally very clean, interior was quiet except for road noise at night. First room shower rod was falling off making it impossible to keep shower curtain closed, no chair in the room, poor lighting. We were told no one would be entering our room however we came back from a long hike to find our beds had been made. We didn’t take valuables with us which left them exposed. Bathroom ceiling vent was leaking on second eve there leaving a huge puddle on floor necessitating a room move which was easily arranged. Next room had even worse lighting, no soap in the attached dispenser in shower. Beds were comfortable, breakfast food was good, exercise room was very nice as was the dining area.

Not sure why previous reviewers thought property was new. Remodeled but why put in carpet if hotel is pet friendly? Room smelled like wet dog and we are dog people. Dog in nearby room barked off and on for quite some time. Will pay better attention to request non pet friendly room in future. Seemed dirty
