**This older building is continuously being updated. In the meantime, we are offering the newly upgraded units for short-term rentals**
These units are best for guests working remotely or traveling professionals. Known to be popular among construction workers, nurses, and more. We do not recommend these units for families or those traveling with kids.
This building is about 100 years old and continuously being upgraded.
This apartment has been renovated and furnished beautifully!
Within walking distance from the Klamath Falls Amtrak station.
• All units have air conditioning and heating
• All units are supplied with Greystone Soaps and amenities
• Each unit has a microwave and coffee machine (Coffee Supplied)
• Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor for $2 each. We supply laundry detergent.
• Each unit has glass and disposable plateware and utensils. If using disposable plateware, you do not need to worry about dishes.
• Each unit has Charmin toilet paper
• Free WiFi
• Each one-bedroom unit has a TV in the main room, and another in the bedroom. Each TV is at least 55”
