Love the looks of the hotel and the room. Spacious! However the bed was uncomfortable and it was quite noisy .. traffic and railroad train noise.

With the name one expects a restaurant on premises and a higher end experience, not so. And the worst for me was a dirty shower curtain. Why haven’t they upgraded to a shower door or at least the arc curtain bar? And keep the curtains clean or change them on a regular basis!

The Positive: This is the second time we have brought our family here, the kids love the pool, the rooms are always clean, the staff is nice, they have a nice little gym with mirrors, a small pool, a hot tub, sauna, steam room, the beds are comfortable, air conditioning worked GREAT. The Negatives: The Breakfast has not been available the last two times we came down (but they did have coffee still), the ice machines on the top 3 floors didn’t work, some of the furniture is outdated, if you have the fan off you can hear everything in the halls.

The hotel is nice, but there is still no breakfast, although one has been promised for a very long time. Also, there are only two luggage carts for the entire hotel. We've been customers many times, and each time we mention the need for more carts, but they never appear.
