"I loved the Blue Cottage. Peaceful, calming and away from everywhere. It was exactly what I needed as I was recovering from 6 months of chemo. Teddy, my male Lhasa Apso, fell in love with the white Shetland pony. He would run to her when he went out and lick her mouth. She wasn’t sure what to make of it at the beginning, but eventually joined in. So funny watching the pair of them. Sasha wasn’t so interested. We had a slight problem the first night; the electricity went off, probably affected by the severe storm the day before. Sean very kindly brought me candles, wood and turf for the fire and make sure everything was okay. I felt very well looked after and certainly would recommend it to anyone else. I was sorry to leave."

I put the request for the bathroom in my comments when booking, and it was provided. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating to our needs. The room was immaculate as indeed was the hotel and we felt it was great value. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again. "
