Staff was incredibly helpful and informative, especially Darin. He went above and beyond for us. So helpful and kind. Hotel is veey close to shopping district and a ron of restaurants and pubs. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. The bar/restaurant Stoke was very good also and staff were very accommodating!

Overall well maintained pleasant hotel. Location is amazing as linked to station and walking distance from other vicinities. Employees are super friendly. My room was overall clean but I have a 4 as the dust was everywhere.

Dismissive receptionist at reception refused to consider the upgrade because rooms were already allocated. Then she said they were full. I checked online and saw there was availability for that night in all classes. She told me Expedia was wrong. Won’t stay again and Expedia should not have them on vip

Room was really nice , would have preferred room with window rather than sky light ...didn't enjoy meal in restaurant, over priced for fish and chips, TV in room only had few channels ...kept going off ...this hotel is next to train station which we thought would have been noisy , but was really quiet , conviently near shops , walking distance to most sightseeing sights , would definitely stay again but would request front facing room , reception staff lovely very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was nice, lots of choice , enjoyed our stay overall
