Lots of small, strange issues. There was leftover trash in the room, the hotel is NOT in fact downtown, but more like 5 miles away, the workout room was not functional, and the sofa cushions were old and the covers were coming off the cushions. All in all, much less than expected as we've had really good stays at Best Western in the past

Horrible - NOT downtown and bad customer service
First of all - this hotel is NOT downtown. It’s about 15 minutes to downtown. The hotel smells. The room smells. The door lock was acting up. The front desk lady was beyond rude. There are homeless people everywhere outside of the hotel. Including a sizable encampment. We asked for a refund, for all of these reasons and the difficult front desk lady refused.

We did not even stay. We chose to loose money. Only thing good was the super helpful front desk woman. Card key machine did not work so they had to let people into their rooms. Rooms smelled. Couch and floors are gross!

Hotel is old and has not been maintained. The area is rough. There are certainly better hotels in Knoxville for the same price.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection. Convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, an excellent choice for our family.

People where friendly hotel was clean. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning did not keep the room cool. We had to keep the sheets off completely to sleep, also pillows where small and not very comfortable.

Nice couple of days.
Arrival and check-in was great. Staff was friendly. Check-in was smooth. Our room was easy to get to. It was clean and looked nice both in the main area and bathroom. The pool is indoor. It's well kept, but small with the deepest end at 5'and the shallow end at 3'. The water was perfect temperature. Breakfast offered a variety from fruit and yogurts to sausage and egg biscuits and waffles. Also there were several different juices. The one complaint I have, which can be easily fixed next stay, the pillows were not comfortable for me. I like a stiff pillow and mine has a cooling feature. Other than this easy fix of bringing my own pillow, it's a good place to stay.
