Poor mattress and powdered eggs!
The mattress was awful...No support...lumpy. The hotel did flip it for us but it was the same on both sides and the bed was on a platform that was too low. The shower head hose needed to be replaced as it looked old and rusting. The morning breakfast consisted of powdered scrambled eggs and only one choice of meat. I will not stay there again.

Clean but stark. Hard floor for disabled accessible room. White cold LED lights. Very loud below-the-window air conditioner. No air duct. Paper plates and plastic utensils for minimal breakfast. At that room rate, one gets what one pays for, I presume. Can’t expect much.

The hotel is beautiful and the lady at the front desk was SO kind and helpful! Our room was nice and comfortable. The only complaint I have is we were right by the elevator and it was kind of noisy.

Nice place but .....
We checked in Monday for an anticipated stay until Friday to visit an ill family member who lives in Knoxville. Unfortunately, the family member became seriously ill and had to go to Nashville. That Monday we explained to the desk that we would stay that night, but would have to cancel the rest of the week, as we needed to travel to stay with the ill family member. I asked if any refund could be given as more than 24 hours notice would be applicable to some of the week. I had not expected that we would be refunded all the days/ possibly penalized for the Tuesday, but was not given any answer. I have since been informed that no refund would be applied. I find this to be a total lack of compassion, and a bad way to handle an unfortunate situation.
