Rooms I think we're clean . Doors were open at night after we got back quite late from a concert/2am. No one was in the lobby and the elevators functioned without card key. I came back down to retrieve items from car. Never saw any employees. Heavy perfume/air freshener scent in lobby. Unpleasant.

The staff here were incredibly nice! I received a couple of nice notes on 2 of my days. Iā€™m sure the friendly staff picked up on my distress. I even had them check in on me once. My stay was a much needed break from life.

It feels very new, is very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful. Only comment would be that upon entering the hotel in the main lobby, there is an astonishingly strong artificial smell ( some kind of deodorizer, or ambient room scent). It's way way too strong and very artificial smelling. I'd tone it down. Even the front desk staff acknowledged this. Area is by the highways, airport.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with any needs or questions I had. The property itself is well-maintained and inviting. My room was clean, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The common areas, including the lobby and breakfast area, were also spotless and well-organized.
