Very nice hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Had a 2 double bed room that was on the small size but nicely updated with a very nice bathroom. Would stay again.

I was impressed and appreciated the friendly staff at check in and throughout the facility. While it is an older HI, it appears to be undergoing some renovations (at least outside) and the cleanliness of the entire facility also impressed me. Other than the usual noise of a by-the-interstate location, it was quiet.

Beautifully remodeled hotel
This hotel is very nice and up to date. The breakfast is good and coffee is available any time. The only recommendation I have is that they should update their website to say that each room has a hair dryer and mini- fridge and there there are laundry facilities on site.

Poor customer service!
I left a neck pillow in the room and called back immediately while on the road BEFORE I was home… just several hours after I checked out. The front desk stated she didn’t see that a pillow had been turned but would have the Manager contact me the next morning. The pillow is gone and I never heard from the Manager. No one bothered to call me back. And I guess HSKG didn’t bother to turn in a brand new neck pillow that was in a zippered bag.

Clean and quiet
It was clean, but if you take your mornings slow and prefer not to be bothered before check out, make sure your DND sign is hanging. Checkout was listed as 11am and housekeeping tried walking in at 10:30am.
