Had desk send someone to repair the leaking toilet. All they did was slow the leak. Toilet would run off and on all night. Other than that it was a nice.

Poor customer service!
I left a neck pillow in the room and called back immediately while on the road BEFORE I was home… just several hours after I checked out. The front desk stated she didn’t see that a pillow had been turned but would have the Manager contact me the next morning. The pillow is gone and I never heard from the Manager. No one bothered to call me back. And I guess HSKG didn’t bother to turn in a brand new neck pillow that was in a zippered bag.

Clean and quiet
It was clean, but if you take your mornings slow and prefer not to be bothered before check out, make sure your DND sign is hanging. Checkout was listed as 11am and housekeeping tried walking in at 10:30am.

Prepaid for 2 nights. Called ahead & informed hotel that I only needed one night & I understand that I’d still have to pay for both nights. They couldn’t find our reservation & charged me another night on top of it. Clive was neither friendly or helpful. Also, the room had not been updated. Zero usb ports & only a couple of outlets. Bathroom had been updated recently.

We were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert and stayed here! The beds and pillows were so comfy plus the hotel is pet friendly and I think our doggies enjoyed it as well!!!

The hotel was fine; however, we were unaware that there was construction going on at the time of our stay. Our room was dusty, the construction began at 8am and was incredibly loud right outside our room. There was super loud construction in the room below us as well. One of our guests has asthma so this caused an asthma attack. The hotel itself was fine, and the breakfast was one of the best complementary hotel breakfasts that I've had. But the construction did ruin part of the visit.
