Decent, but needed a little maintenance
The air in our room was not working properly. It felt like the heat came on more than once. While the room wasn't dirty, it looked a bit run down. The bottom of the doors in the bathroom were warped like there was water damage. It was the same on the walls in the hallway. One more thing, the parking cost was not disclosed when we made the reservation online. The signs in the parking garage state one price, and the hotel charged $10 more per day.

I was only hear for a few hours to rest my weary eyes and was greeted, at 5:00 AM ET, with warmth, compassion, professionalism and southern charm. The room was nice and clean and the bed was soft and comforting. Will stay here again! Parking, on my own, was a breeze.

All around a good place
Bed was very comfortable, the location is in the middle of everything from UTK to Gay street. Parking is very expensive so I would suggest using the lot up the street. The food was great at the bar also! The pool was a great way to spend the afternoon.

We chose this hotel because we staued here in the spring and it was excellent. This trip..not so much. We were tjere during a July heatwave and pur room was on the sunnyside of the hotel. AC was not satisfactory, beds were older and you felt every spring. Plus the shower faucet set up werid and complicated. We love the location but will maybe try somewhere else next trip. Staff is always excellent.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, I was disappointed in everything else. The facility was old, needed updating badly. The room did not have any glasses - just paper coffee cups. I was told there was room service, but there was no menu or any description of hotel amenities. Lots of extra fees - checking in early, parking, etc. I will never stay in a Hilton again

the room we stayed in needed a little TLC, especially the bathroom walls and light fixtures. comfortable beds and pillows. Starbucks and restaurant conveniently located within hotel lobby. parking at $30 or valet at $35. a block from hotel is a public garage. hotel is walkable to Market Square

Great property could use and update.....
Our stay was great. We attended an event at the Knoxville Convention Center while staying at this property and found everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel lobby is nice, service was excellent, and Starbucks in the lobby was a great feature. The only downside is the rooms and hallways could use an upgrade. For this property to be as great as it is the rooms should
