The staff was very friendly; however, I wouldn’t stay again. There’s was a knocking sound coming from the refrigerator off and on all night, I messaged the front desk and they said they would have maintenance take a look, it was not fixed. There were dead bugs in the tub and on the curtains. The shower sprayed from every area except where it should have and sprayed the entire bathroom, even the ceiling.

Our room was perfect for our family of 4. We had two separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. A living space and kitchen. The area around the hotel had many options for food.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast leaves much to be desired and the staff is extremely introverted making questions or communication awkward.

Furniture in room was in need of a refresh. Tables and chairs were very scratched and ratty. The sofa smelled like urine, and the A/C didn’t keep the room comfortable. There was hair in the sink outside the master bath. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I believe the stay would have been OK at $200, but not $500 for the night, which was our charge.

Our room smelled like dog poop! I moved the coffee table and yes a nice huge brown stain! I arrived at hotel exhausted from driving and just went to bed! If HOTELS ARE GOING TO ALLOW ANIMALS IN THE ROOMS RIP OUT CARPET AND USE VINYL FLOORS!
