Room #312 had no hot water in the shower. Somehow, the sink had hot water but not a shower. Also, the A/C had to be turned "ON" manually under the window, and it is a little noisy. Check it all before you unpack.

It was VERY clean. So nice to not smell stale tobacco smoke in the halls or in our room. There was always staff cleaning and the breakfast bar was kept well stocked and clean. Everyone was very friendly. I definitely would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Check in was a nightmare. It took over thirty minutes and an attempt at customer service through hotels.com to confirm our reservation (which we didn’t make it that far since we were 90th in line) before we realized the hotel let someone else with the same first name check into our room. Since we’d already “checked in” he couldn’t see our booking. They finally found the reservation that matched my confirmation # and it had someone else’s signature on it. Then he offered me a room with 2 beds, and I know of already mentioned it was my wedding anniversary, and by then he has the sheet that says I’m booked for 1 king size bed. Once we finally got a room key the rest of the stay was smoother and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and it was nice they didn’t have cheap shampoo and body wash. I hate bar soap so body wash was nice.

Great for getting around from the airport
Perfectly adequate for getting to and from the airport! I was worried the noise would be too much, but honestly the airport must not be as busy as the ones we are used to- the noise didn't keep us up at all and wasn't too noticeable in the room. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was nice!
