The hotel room appeared nice when first stepping in, but as we got settled it was obvious that it was in need of repairs. Outlets & fixtures were coming off the wall, the floor surrounding the AC unit was sopping wet from condensation, there was 1 remote for both TVs, the shower head was covered with water calcification so pressure was awful. It was good enough for a 12 hour stay, but I wouldn't have stayed longer.

The hotel is older and needs some updates. Due to a busy weekend, the card that held the room was charged prior to our arrival, so we could not pay for it with a different card. Since we had a last minute travel companion, we asked for a roll-away bed and the staff at the desk said that since we booked it online, they can't offer us a rollaway bed. The "store" they had was completely empty and the vending machines were out of order. The ice maker in our refrigerator did not produce much ice and there was not a large ice machine in the hotel that we could have used. Overall, it was an OK stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location for what we needed.

Terrible smelly not clean old....
Not the cleanest hotel room or hotel ive stayed in lately. Overall odor was not great troughout hotel, carpets dirty and dingy, hallways were warn and very musky smell. Room could use an update, recliner was in bad shape and difficult to operate. Drapes and lampshades look like they were pulled from a dumpster. Disgusting. Ill not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

The first room they gave had a weird smell, maybe cleaning agent or something else, Did not feel clean. Also the hallway carpet had an unclean smell. The electronic key stopped working on day 2 already !! That has happened at other locations, do you know why this happens?? It is very aggravating to go down to reception downstairs and find that the key is not working!

Very limited interaction with staff. At checkin she was busy behind a half wall and took a minute before acknowledging us and then a while longer before checking us in. No one around in the morning to check out. We just dropped the key in the box. The room was a one bedroom suite. Surfaces were clean enough, but there was dog kibble by the side of the couch. The carpet had not been well vacuumed.

I’m not sure what’s happening here. Maybe extended stay? Maybe residency, but definitely not a normal by the night hotel. The room was very large and clean just needed some minor updates. The price for a suite wasn’t bad at all. The condition of the hotel at large kept wasn’t very good at all. I would not recommend it. It’s shady to say the least

The room was the darkest place I’ve ever stayed. The only mirrors were in the bathroom but the lights in the bathroom were too dim to see clearly. The lamp on the window side of the bed worked but was not bright. The floor lamp on the other side of the bed did not work. The lamp over the desk was extremely dim. The only overhead light was in the kitchen area but the light didn’t help illuminate the bathroom or the bedroom. There were bugs in the bathroom. The woman who checked me in was so disagreeable that I was afraid to bring any of this to her attention.
