Very nice house
It’s not the nicest neighborhood in Knoxville but not unsafe. The house itself is very nice though and very convenient to most parts of town. Worked great for us!

Perfect space for what we needed
I noticed it had a well stocked kitchen even though I didn't cook anything while we were there. There was an issue but the host responded quickly to resolve it to my satisfaction.
