From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and got what we paid for I guess. Old, worn down, and smelled musty/damp. Rooms were clean and room service was good. Location was right on the beach and in the middle of downtown so convenient. Pool was good and the main reason we stayed here.

The resort is beautiful and and on the beach. Services and breakfast were great, but the rooms were small and shabby. The mattress could feel the coils and uncomfortable.

Totally worth it
My girlfriend and I stayed one night in PP and totally recommend it. Perfect location and great pool. Hotel and room weren’t luxury but very clean. We’ll be back.

So so hotel in a good location
Best location but the rooms need somw work and renovation. Not quiet at night. Good place to party I guess. The rooms look old and worn. Some updates are necessary.

The hotel is very clean and comfy. However, if you want to use the chairs in front of the beach, they will charged an additional fee. There was no elevator on the second floor where we stayed in. Other than that the we staying was fun! Also you can take late walks on the beach is super safe!

I reserved the cheapest room i think,i didn't care that it didn't have no amenities or view to the sea or nothing bt i do care about the cleanest.and my room was super dirty. Shower curtains need to be changed. Also most of chairs except 3 around pool are vip and you need to spend 5000.00 their money in the bar. Even beach chairs cost you money.

Bedbugs, had to switch rooms twice and guess what the last one had them two, got bitten. This is due to lack of hygiene on the hotels part, they should change mattresses at this point, the whole hotel is infested. They should call pest control. Attached is a photo of one of them, I got rid of about 4 of them

The room was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was extremely old and rusty. It was a mess and uncomfortable to use it. However, the location of the resort was perfect. So was the pool, it was great.
