The resort is connected through multiple entrances from the beach or the main street, food was alright, bed is a little bit on the hard side, and can get a little bit load because my room was next to some stairs and guests tend to roll their heavy luggage bags down those stairs so another positive because you'll wake up early for your trips, also didn't have to wait to check in although I arrived 2 hours before check in time which is always nice, thanks PP Princess resort for the hospitality.

Property itself was quite disappointing, they charge you 1000thb on arrival to cover deposit (which we did get back). The room was quite worn and clearly needed updating, the bathroom was unpleasant, it is beyond me why anyone would put a urinal in a hotel room! The bed was extremely hard and neither of us were able to sleep. The beach area where you eat breakfast is stunning and a great location. Felt overall it was over priced and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Some areas are a little tired , the pool and pool bar are excellent , the breakfast is limited on choice and generally cooked food was cold . Location is really good and we enjoyed our stay .

The villa with its own pool access was exceptional. The staff and the service were attentive, very effective and allowed for an excellent experience in the hotel and on the island. The "house music" was appeciated and enjoyable. If you want an "in town" experience only minutes from the hub of the centre this is the hotel to stay. If you need anything, ask the hotel team they can get you whatever you need.

2 nights on Phi Phi which looks idyllic from photos you see and yes the sea is but centre run down & full of usual bars. Hotel good location but needs tidying up outside. Noise from beach bars til early hours

I highly recommend that you book a bungalow. They are spacious for a hotel- a separate tv/lounge room, big showers, clean, no pests, very well air conditioned, private, quiet. This place has the best, most Beautiful pool, beach, and a decent breakfast. All in all, for a relatively remote island - pure luxury.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. However, the interior is too old and needs improvement. The bathroom was too old and dirty. Especially, the sink had a lot of water mold and black stains, which was very unpleasant. And there was a lot of dust in the coffee cups.

Really good AC in room, beware of mosquitos, OK breakfast, extremely extremely friendly and helpful staff. They pick you up from pier and take all your luggage to your room

Perfect Location
The bed, at first, is a little firm but was so comfortable. The facilities were great. Perfect location and good breakfast. Close to the viewpoint, bars, restaurants and pier. Staff were great, very accommodating Fun fire shows on the beach about 100m away were awesome The only negative was, we could hear the bars music down the beach until the early hours of the morning. Certainly didn't keep us awake but could still hear it.

Exceptional pool and beach access
Exceptional pool and beachfront, friendly staff, great breakfast. Room was spacious with a big balcony This property is showing some wear and tear in spots but overall still nice and a good value given the location and amenities.
