A nice hotel with just one issue…
This hotel was fine and in a convenient location. The only downside was the huge step up/down from the bathroom into the guest room, which was so high, it could easily cause a fall or sprain if you forget.

三ノ宮駅から近く歩いて行ける距離に美味しいお店、買い物する場所が全て揃って便利。室内も清潔感あり。贅沢を言えばタオルの普通サイズがもう一枚づつ用意されてるとよかったなと思いました。

This hotel looks and feels way better than any 3-star hotel. Comfortable. Only issue was that the pillow is too high and hard. Ample space in both the toilet and the main area. Doors are not sound proof. I could hear noises, chatter at the hallway. Location wise, its a 10-minute walk from the Sannomiya station. Lots of eateries, shopping nearby.

Very basic but clean and staff were very pleasant I only wish they pay more attention to environment and do not dispose slippers each day and they will give us options of using the same towels and pyjamas for durations of the stay.
