Excellent hotel with view of the Rhine!
We had a very nice stay at this hotel in Koblenz. The staff was friendly, the room very clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was superb and with many choices.

Everything okay lovely hotel great location overlooking the river Rhine, just one problem, bed was 2 singles put side by side to make a double bed, with 2 single duvets not a good idea, having said that everything else was fine.

Staff, particularly Axenia was great, super friendly and helpful as were the 2 gentlemen at the desk. Suggested improvements: better door locking system for rooms, elevator should go to each floor, bathtub is very high and narrow, nice to have coffee and tea available in room.
