ホテルなのに、大浴場があり気持ちよく入れました。朝食も食材もよくとても美味しくいただきました。 というわけで、 折角良い気持ちで帰るつもりが、駐車料金1,000円と言われ，アレここは駐車料金取るのだ！と少し驚きました。やはりホテルですかね。宿泊者には無料でも？と思いました。

路面電車を利用すれば、高知市内の観光がスムーズにできました。自転車をお借りできるのがとても良かったです。スタッフが温かくやっぱり星野リゾートを選んでよかったなと思いました。改装後のホテルも楽しみです。

今は普通のホテルですが、従業員の態度に満足です。
「今は」いわゆるシティホテルなので、星野リゾートの名前に期待はしないように。 もともと、ホテル日航旭という、日航ホテルからの経営移譲のようで、JALのCAや、機長さんも使っているようです。 設備は普通のホテルですが、困った時にホテルマンは最大の努力をしてくれました。もちろんできないことはありますが、例えば、メイク落としを忘れたと相談してみたら試供品のようなものを持ってきてくれたり、自販機で水が売り切れていたので試しに相談したら、裏のの従業員用と思われる自販機で買ってきてくれたりと。心配りが嬉しかったです。 今は室内は普通ですが、今後、2023冬にリニューアル工事、2024春に再度開業とのことですので、期待しています。

四国周遊旅行で高知滞在時に利用した。泊まるだけが目的だったが、星野リゾート系列ということもあり、利用してみた。 大浴場付だったが、浴室は狭いので、数人で満杯状態となってしまう。 朝食は種類豊富で美味しかった。
