Hotel itself was so clean and beautiful. The public buth was also nice because there was sauna! Moreover, the breakfast was amazing. You should definitely include the breakfast.

Nice hotel, in terms of facilities, but very disorganized with check-in, breakfast, dinner, etc. Probably not worth the high daily rate. Too bad because Hoshino Hotels are usually much better. It is new, so maybe it is just growing pains.

父の還暦祝いで家族3人で宿泊しました お部屋は広くて清潔で快適でした。 また、よさこいのステージが素晴らしく、よさこいスタッフの熱意が伝わってきてとても思い出深い時間となりました。 ただそのせいで、入浴時間が被り、大浴場の洗面台に空きがなくなり、待ち時間が出ていました。また、ホテル周辺にコンビニが無く、飲食店も少ないです。夕食はつけませんでしたのでひろめ市場まで出掛けるのに、レンタカーはホテルの立体駐車場に入れてしまったので使えなくなり、急遽路面電車に乗りましたが、初めての高知旅行でも問題なく乗れました。なんなら路面電車に乗れて良かったです。朝食ビュッフェはどれも美味しかったです。満足。

部屋がすごくキレイで広々。快適でした。唯一、残念だったのが‥‥細かいんですが、お部屋に置いている鏡に指紋があった事。2部屋とも。 せっかく掃除の行き届いたお部屋だっただけに、唯一の残念ポイントでした。

ホテル自体はとても快適でした。 館内のレストラン、カフェともにご当地食材を活かしたメニューが豊富で、短い滞在でしたが高知グルメを楽しめました。 ロビーの待合スペースにコンセントがあったり絵本を含む書籍が置いてあったり、温かなおもてなしの配慮を随所で感じられました。 館内に大浴場があるためか、宿泊したお部屋はシャワーのみだった事、今回小学校低学年の息子と二人旅だったため、大浴場利用を断念した事だけが残念でした。 高知駅や空港へのアクセスがもう少し便利で、はりまや橋近辺のホテルと同程度の価格だとリピートしやすいと感じました。
