Traditional, cozy Ryokan Hotel in Kochi
Very nice and comfortable hotel with very delicious Japanese Kaiseki food 🍱 menu and good onzen bath facility. Staff is always warm and friendly

残念だなぁ〜
この時期、感染に気を配るのは分かるが風呂の脱衣所に椅子が無いのは自分のような膝や腰が悪い者は非常に使いづらい。 部屋のテレビも上に付けすぎで寛ぎながらテレビを見れない。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応が事務的でホスピタリティがない気がした。 まぁ、価格が安かったから良しとしましたが再度泊まろうとは思わないかな。

到着時、雨降りの中での駐車スペースの案内で不親切、気遣いの足りない点があり指摘したところ、今後改善していただけるとのこと。 部屋の構造がドアからまっすぐ外履きの通路で左に和室、通路を挟んでユニットバスで、トイレに行くたびに下足の通路を横切るため使いづらかった。 大浴場、朝食はとても良かった。特に朝食は具を選んで作っていただけるおにぎりがあり、小さな子どもでも食べやすく助かった。 スタッフの方々も感じ良く、気持ち良く過ごせた。 個人的に苦手だったことが、部屋の壁掛け時計の秒針がスイープではなかったので、就寝時のカチコチ音が辛かった。

快適でした。
朝食のみの宿泊でしたが、繁華街に近く夕食には困りませんでした。街中にありますが、お風呂は広くて露天風呂もあり快適でした。また、チェックアウト時ホテルの方から声をかけて下さり、駅まで送ってくれたのは外が暑かったので助かりました。

部屋風呂は利用していないのかも
部屋風呂の壁の密閉度が低いためかシャワー水が外に飛び散りました。水温調節も難しく私たちだけではできませんでした。

高知駅から至近、駅まで送ってもらえる。若い従業員が多いが接客態度は好印象。隣接するビル内のセブンイレブンは酒類は扱っていず深夜営業もしていないので注意。
