The only negatives were..... 1) one pillow had no pillowcase (didn't bother us as there were 4 pillows on each bed and only 2 of us... 2) safety issue - the table lamp between the beds had sockets for 2 bulbs, but missing one bulb... 3) safety issue - the telephone on the table was not connected with no evidence of it being in the room... How do you call 911 or the front desk in an emergency?

They allowed us to check in early which was great because we just flew into town. Front desk gal was nice. Upon going into our room however, there was something disgusting along the baseboards (looked like vomit), a cockroach under the side table(alive, ewww) a pill on the ground (I guess they didn't vacuum), black eyeliner all over a pillow (I assume they didn't put fresh linens on the bed), and the bathroom was full of black hairs. I would not suggest this property. The Sunday morning breakfast was also lacking. Our hall reeked of marijuana and people were slamming the doors all night long. NEVER AGAIN!

Great Hotel
We have family in the area and have stayed at this hotel maybe 4-5 times. after trying other hotels nearby we like this one the best. Its a bit out of the chaos of Pigeon Forge which is nice but close enough to get to places easily. If you get a room on the parking lot side you get a parking lot light in your window, as they are angled towards the hotel. If you are on the other side of the hotel you get a mountain or woods view . This time we had a balcony and fireplace room. Fireplace is ELECTRIC wish I saw that beforehand. Thought it would had been gas. The balcony also has a bright light on it but it wasn't as bad as the parking lot side. ( even with blackout drapes) Breakfast is great and varies day by day. Staff is friendly and insightful. Has indoor and outdoor pool. Could NOT get into the fitness center, key cards would not work. Never inquired about it though. Will definitely stay again.
