Wonderful hotel and the staff were very helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. The private bath is recommended if you have tattoos.

コスパ良し。また泊まりたい宿です。
格安の部屋がでていたため宿泊しました。訳ありとのことでした、一人では持て余すほどの広さで、建物はやや古いですが、なかは清掃がきちんとされていて、快適に過ごすことができました。Line登録でもらえる特典の飲み物もうれしいですね。また、時間帯がそうだったのか、最上階のお風呂もほぼ貸切で、快適でした。湯量も申し分なしです。チェックイン時に急遽朝食をつけてもらいましたが、朝食も値段を考えると申し分無しと思います。本当によい宿泊ができました。

We arrived at night, with 2 kids already tired. Staff was very welcoming and immediately helped unload bags and stroller. Property is old but feeling is warm and everyone is very kind. Traditional Japanese rooms were clean and spacious, and kids also enjoyed a relaxing time. They also have an internal pond, where they breed many many colored Japanese carps, and guests can feed them too. Very good experience overall.

食事はとても美味しく、部屋も綺麗で良かったです。 和洋室での宿泊でしたが、洋室のエアコンが25°設定がデフォルトで温度下げると1時間くらいでデフォルトに戻るので外の温度に負けて少し暑かったです。 またカーテンが一枚だと、隣のパチンコの光が漏れておりもう少し暗い方が寝やすいと思います。 温泉も少しお湯が暑すぎて、少し温度下げてもらえると助かります。

ロビー、夕食会場はリニューアルされており綺麗です。 肝心の部屋(別館 和洋室)は、全室喫煙可能との注意書きがあったので消臭対応は依頼してありましたがやはり少しタバコ臭い上に、テーブルにもコゲ跡があるなど、全室禁煙が前提の現代からするとかなりレトロ感があります。 夕食は十分な量があり美味しかったです。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、豪華というような感じではないですが、品数は十分に多かったです。 スタッフの方々は皆様とても親切でしたし、昨今の物価高の中で比較的割安な滞在費となっていることを考えれば、十分に満足できるレベルかと思います。

昨年リニューアルされたという広くて綺麗でおしゃれなお部屋でした。 お布団を敷いていただき、寝転がってベッドの方を見たらベッドの下のホコリが目に入ってしまいました。そこ以外はとても綺麗なお部屋で、とても広くて良かったです。 子供が走れるほど広かったです。 お風呂も、温泉でお肌がツルツルになりました。お湯がたっぷりでとても気持ち良かったです。 蛇口がいくつか壊れてて、そのうち修繕するんだろうなーと思いました。 どちらも入浴しましたが露天風呂のある方は、脱衣所を通って移動する感じなので、身体を拭かないといけないなと感じたので拭いてから行きましたが、マット等で道ができてたら行きやすいなと思いました。 お料理も美味しかったです。 子供とフロントで餌を購入して池の鯉に餌をあげましたがたくさん寄ってきてくれて思いのほか楽しかったです。

部屋の畳は擦り切れていて、クローゼットは歪んで閉まりにくい。コンセントもゆるく携帯の充電も出来なかった。とにかくエントランスだけであちこちがくたびれている。 露天風呂は一箇所で入れ替わり制の為に入れない時間帯がある。

ホテル自体はいいもののホテルの周辺施設がパチンコ店しかないのは非常に気になった。 あと、駅から最寄りのバス停への終バスが早すぎるのでタクシー代が高く付く（送迎をせめて予約制でいいので20時半ぐらいまで行ってほしかった）
