I had a wonderful stay at The Noborisaka Hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. You’ll find many restaurants within an easy walking distance from the hotel.

This was my favorite hotel so far in my trip to Japan and I've been to 5 hotels so far in different cities including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima. I went on a cloudy day so I couldn't see Mt Fuji when I checked in which I was bummed about but then I went to the public bath they have inside of the hotel and it was amazing, I went at night before closing and early morning at opening and it was pretty empty. The best part was the next day I woke up to Mt Fuji from outside my room window and I also go to see Mt Fuji from the observation deck.

Although the hotel is kind of nice inside, it's far away from the train station (25 mins walk) and no public transit available. It will be good if you are driving.

The hotel is located quite far (30 mins walk) from the bus station. If you intend to walk to the hotel with your heavy luggage it is going to be quite challenging as the hotel is situated on the hilltop. Quite disappointed with the hotel staff as our request for rooms facing mount fuji was very quickly turned down though the hotel was quite empty. It is totally pointless to stay in this hotel if you are unable to secure a room facing Mt Fuji.

Nice hotel, with very spacious rooms and lovely view of Fuji from your room. The Terrace outside gives a better unobstructed view of Fuji and the night sky. There is also coin laundry and free public onsens baths. Otherwise, biggest issue is being so far from the station and the infrequency of the public bus that comes here (the bus also stops running at 6 or 7pm so don't return late else you walk 20mina from the station to here.)

One of the best moderately priced hotels I've ever stayed at. If you want a huge room look elsewhere, But if you want a very well laid out smaller room with every detail thought out perfectly stay here. If your room is basically for sleeping and showering stay here. Also a beautiful onsen.

The earliest you can check in is at 4 pm. We had walked a distance to our hotel and were hot and ready to relax and cool off. Unfortunately, they didn't have a fan or air conditioning running so when we checked in it was hot and stuffy in our room. We set the air conditioner to 19 but it kept changing back to 25 degrees. We would go to sleep with cold air only to wake up sweating with the thermostat reset to 25. We had bought cold drinks and food to have for breakfast only to wake up to a hot refrigerator and ruined food and hot water. The best thing about this hotel is the incredible view of Mt. Fuji.
