Amazing 10/10 resort
My boyfriend and I booked this resort for 4 nights but had to cut it shorter due to family emergency. The resort staff was very accommodating and very helpful, did not hesitate to book our return and make things easier for us. The room was very clean and tidy, modern bathroom and the AC was pumping at max. We could not have asked for a better resort staff, so friendly and caring people. We will 100% return to this resort in the future.

Dinning service was super slow. Waiters/waitresses we're professional. They take a long while to get one item. They bring out food with silverware, or one order has to come back so many times.

The hotel is lovely and Pagoda Beach is amazing. The only reason I havent given a five star is the pool was closed due to an issue with the water which was disappointing for my kids. Great food and staff were really nice and helpful.
