Alpha Resort was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities are great and anything you might need, Jun is only too happy to help you with. I enjoyed it so much that on day 2 of my 6 night stay I rebooked for another stay in Feb next year. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel
Enjoyed staying there. Great locations. Friendly staff. Very caring. They arranged airport pick up and drop offs. Bar crawl, pool parties. 5-8 mins walk to the Main Street/ mall, they offered local tour like going to temples, water fall, and lunch on the mountain top!

We had a wonderful few days at Alpha! Jun and his staff were excellent in making certain our stay was enjoyable. The property is a very convenient walk to the Chaweng beach area, lively bars and restaurants, and the large Central shopping complex. The grounds are lush and tropical and the main pool is an enjoyable place to spend the day. We will certainly be returning for more visits!

Very basic - friendly staff
I stayed for 4 nights. The staff were all friendly and sweet. But the property was not for me. It did not meet the standards I am used to , unfortunately. Not their fault, its just not for me! Low points: no daily servicing for the rooms, no shower curtain in the bathroom, damp smell in the room, ac unit directly pointed to the bed and lastly the location. Even if it was not far from the city center it was still a 10-15 min walk. To sum up: i wouldnt go back as I am the kind of person that likes 4/5 stars. If you are not like me then go ahead.

Time will tell
The place is going through extensive renovation which i was aware of, so the noise by the pool was not a surprise nor were the guys painting. The room itself smelt of damp and the aircon failed to work, the toilets got blocked all in the first 24hr there. Jun did get everything working, but it felt for a 3 star place to be a big let down compared to other places we stayed in Thailand. The lack of staffing i didn't feel was a problem as Jun did everything himself and if it wasn't for him, this place would be a big let down. The grounds are well kept as was the pool and bar area, the drinks are reasonably priced, but the lack of onsite food is a mark against this place. On the plus side, the fact you can be nude at the pool was a big attraction for me, so well done on that. Location is a bit out of town, but not a big problem, however the distance does not stop the sounds from the clubs resonating in your room, not the places fault so it's not on them. Jun makes this place, but as a gay destination it has a long way to catch up with just the basic accommodation in Thailand.

Amazing experience at the hotel. Although super quiet due to COVID, we were able to appreciate the beautiful property. Spectacular room in great location. Easy access to bars, shopping and beach. Super host Jun went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time.

Amazing Resort
My partner and I stayed at this resort for three nights. It was a nice little paradise away. The resort is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a lovely time!

The property is far away from the beach close to a busy road. There is no restaurant no gym. You have to take your very basic breakfast into a very basic food shop across the road. The resort was empty. Overall disappointing.

I was welcomed by Kool, a delightful, you g Man , with a wonderful, can do personality. After a welcome Tea, I was taken thru the stunning grounds to my Balcony Superior Room. Clean as a whistle. Open shower concept, in room safe, tea Kettle, and s wide selection of downloaded Gay documentaries, and movies. Kool also showed me the swimming pool, which is more of a relaxing area as opposed to lap swimming. Pool parties are held in the afternoon, which allows you to meet your neighbours, and locals are free to attend. A great restaurant, with many food options is across the street, and a short walk takes you to Central Mall. A perfect getaway spot. Thank you,Jun, and all your fabulous Staff.

All fine, staff attentive and helpful, quick to attend to any questions etc., nice relaxing atmosphere. Think it relatively new, deserves to do well. Hope their hard work pays off.

Enjoyable & Relaxing Resort....
I had a fantastic stay at the Alpha Resort. The place has only been open less than a year and all rooms have been totally remodelled and are clean and tastefully decorated. All staff are very friendly and Jun, the manager, is always on hand with a big smile to help with any queries you mights have. The pool parties are an awesome way to get to meet new people. The pool area is also clothing optional it makes for a very relaxing atmosphere. All in all I would highly recommend the Alpha Resort and would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Koh Samui
