Great hotel but very noisy rooms
Great stay at this new hotel. Good food and lots of activities for kids. However, the rooms offer absolutely zero sound proof. You can hear everything from adjacent rooms. This is very frustrating when you have noisy neighbours. So bring earplugs if you want to sleep at night.

We immediately felt that our room the property were first rate. Small room but smartly designed. What was strange was our room was made up everyday, but common things weren't cleaned- eg. the toilet, and our coffee table that we spilled takeout food on. (We left a tip for the cleaner everyday... it's obvious to us the toilet needed cleaning as did our greasy coffee table on multiple days.) Check-in counter was great, as were all staff on property. But points off for not actually "cleaning" our room. That's actually what we remember as we reflect on our time @HI.

We just stayed here for one night after traveling for about 24 hours (with 3 kids) to get to Thailand from the United States. This property was perfect to have as a “landing pad” to rest and recuperate for the night. The pool was refreshing and fun, my kids loved the mango and banana shakes at the pool bar, we really loved the location, as well as the very quiet and dark room to get a great night’s sleep in. And the breakfast… wow! Exceptional! We will definitely stay here again for any family trips we do to Koh Samui. Great stay!

At a convenient location with eateries and marts nearby. Staff generally are helpful, polite and kind. Would like to compliment on the front desk staff named Bell and the restaurant staff named Pao for their good service and helpfulness during our stay. Thank you.

โรงแรมโลเคชั่นดีมาก ด้านหน้าหาด คาเฟ่ ร้านอาหาร coco’s tam ใกล้ 7-11 โรงแรมติดกับตลาดนัด ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ต่างๆมากมาย ไม่น่าเบื่อแน่นอน พนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม ข้อเสียคือเป็นโรงแรมที่มี kids club แน่นอนว่าถ้าต้องการความสงบ มันจะไม่มี เพราะเด็กเยอะมาก ตอนเช้าที่ บุฟเฟ่อาหาหารเช้า จะมีเด็กเล็กยันเด็กโต วิ่ง เดิน ร้อง เสียดัง เศษอาหารหล่นตามโต๊ะ เก้าอี้ เป็นการทานอาหารเช้าที่ไม่สงบสักเท่าไหร่ เพราะต้องคอยระวัง จาน ถ้วย แก้วน้ำ ของร้อนๆ หก เพราะเด็ก ปนผู้ใหญ่ พนักงาน เดินสวนกันมั่วไปหมด… สระว่ายน้ำก็จะมีเด็กเยอะพอสมควร แนะนำว่าถ้าใครอยากมาพักผ่อนแบบสงบๆ ควรคำนึงถึงเรื่องนี้ สระว่ายน้ำทางเดินไปหาด ใช้ทางเดินเดียวกัน ลื่นมากๆ และระวังเหยียบหอยทากตอนเย็นๆ จะออกมาคลานตรงทางเดิน

Very nice room, rich breakfast
The room was great and we had a wonderful time (a week). The pool was very nice. Very rich breakfast. The room is always perfectly cleaned, except for the balcony which is forgoten by the cleanladies for some reason. We got the room early which was great. However, the late checkout that we asked for was overpriced. They charged us half a night for a few hours late check out. But more annoying is that they charged us for the current rate instead of the rate we initially booked, which was almost twice higher. We eventually ended paying for almost an extra full night for just a few hours late checkout. Sour ending to an otherwise wonderful stay.
