My stay at the Briza hotel was nothing short of amazing, but it wouldn't have been this way without the professionalism and attention to detail that Ken, the hotel manager exhibited. He is a diamond in the rough, always eager to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. His presence is difficult to miss, as he makes himself available from breakfast until late nights, making those staying at the resort a high priority. No request was too small. Early check-in? Done. Late checkout? Done. He truly made my stay memorable and comfortable and I would most certainly stay again. The rooms were also clean, staff were pleasant. I would certainly stay again!

Idyllic location, peace and quiet, beautiful grounds, can walk straight onto quiet northern end of chaweng beach. Within easy reach of chaweng centre. Staff all excellent at what they do and genuinely lovely people.

Absolute Rubbish.
Miserable! You charge 5 star prices. Use pictures taken decades ago to promote your product. When the truth is. Paint will only hide dry rot & concrete cancer for so long. Black mould in the air-conditioning filter, & under the eve's over the spa, dropping onto the poorly repaired decking with several boards broken and with jagged edges.

Property was sufficient for our needs. However, the beach side area was in pretty poor condition. Unbelievable that towels were not available on several occasions. The rooms bathroom also needs a good renovation. The staff were very helpful and friendly

A beautiful quiet resort at the quiet end of chaweng. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The beach was beautiful and quiet. If you want a resort away from the hustle and bustle of central Chaweng, but still within walking distance then Briza is the perfect resort

Staff was not help full or respectful to me when I didn’t feel comfortable in my room and they would give me a refund to go else where or be close to being compromising to make me stay and feel comfortable here the only people on this property where loyal and true was the chef for breakfast who made omelets

Great hotel and rooms for families. Good breakfast with view on the beach. The service and staff were exellent. The only thing missing was a pool at the beachfront. Besides that, it was very good.

Although listed as a 4 star property this is not 4 star by Western standards, more like a 3. The room is very dated and simple and needs some refurbishment. The bathroom/shower is very simply with minimal amenities, just one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel which was not replaced daily even when empty, and only got bath towels and no hand towels. When the room has its own plunge pool you should get more than 1 towel a day each. Constantly had to ask for more towels daily. The plunge pool is nice, could use a skimmer to use as often found some dead bugs in it but it is a tropical location so expected but would be nice to be able to skim it ourselves for a quick refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Wifi was very slow and spotty. Hotel is right on the beach and easy walking distance to other beach bars, the 7/11, and other places or just a simple 5 min ride into town. Overall this place is great for the price it is but do not expect a Western 4 star property like many of the other hotels on the island.

Not a beach property. Can access ocean but no beach. Old dirty pool. Dated rooms. Needs updating desperately. Breakfast exact same every day. Staff very friendly. Near town. Property itself is ALL HILLS and STAIRS so be warned. Food is very bland . Very basic

The pool was small and squeezed in between buildings. Website pictures misleading, no pool by the beach and the hotel does not have a beach, not even a shower by the patio by the water. The Chaweng beach is full of oil spills, had to buy throw-away beach shoes to step on beach at all.

We had a room with a plunge pool which we used quite often and it was nice to relax in to beat the heat, especially on evenings. Room was spacious and plenty of outside space to relax and hang washing etc. One slight annoyance was the fact mosquitoes somehow were getting in throughout the night even though we had all doors and windows locked and I got bit quite a few times even with repellent on. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place based on the price and quietness of the resort.
