Generally overall great experience. Our bathroom was not the cleanest as there was hair all over the floor and missing mini toiletries and that would be the only thing to note. Otherwise comfortable stay!

Good but pricey
I booked this on Hotels.com as a "pet-friendly" hotel, but the online check-in said, 'This hotel does NOT allow pets, and will charge a $25 fee if you bring your pet inside.' I called and the front desk lady said pets are fine, there's just a fee. That just made me feel weird, because I had to agree to a policy that wasn't actually true... The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was okay. I enjoyed the Nutella and flavored cream cheeses, and the Keurig in the room. Overall, it was a good stay just didn't feel worth $200.

Niky the night shift was excellent; helpful, friendly, informative. Check out clerk was also helpful and friendly. Two ladies managing breakfast cleaned BEHIND THE COCOA COUNTER. A-mazing. Heard the staff talking about how the floor was going to get waxed over the weekend and they were EXCITED about it. They all appeared to be proud of their building. Hot cocoa and coffee all night.
