We had to change the room because of noise coming from the swimming pool pump. out key did not open the door 3 times during one week stay. about one day apart every time. The batter was dead, as I understand it. But why didn't they fix it correctly the first time.

The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was very nice & accommodating. Slept very well, Super comfy bed & pillows! My only negative feedback would be there are very few places to eat a basic breakfast or meal. & no microwave in the room..But overall, IT WAS GREAT!

Room right next to the ocean was on point!!! Poolside service was terrific and Lavas was a great place for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping staff was more than helpful with our needs. I highly recommend staying here.
