Only one of our two-van pick up for 15 people from airport arranged through the Warwick at around 10pm turned up. We had to rely on the kindness of other taxi drivers to arrange another van. We had young children with us and there were not many people around the airport. 30 mins later another private van arrived and we commenced our 2 hour journey to the Warwick. We complained and was offered two cocktails as compensation!! I persevered each day contacting the manager and on the last day each of our 6 rooms received a $100 credit.
The main attraction, the pool, was green on arrival and not available for about 4 days. We were offered $20 drinks vouchers x2 to compensate.
Service was bad and each day the staff would take our towels and facecloths and not replace them so had to follow up housekeeping each day.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Dinner and bar snacks very poor, overpriced and nowhere near the standard it should be. Buffet breakfast average.
Facilities good for families. Rooms dated but adequate. Shower ran hot and cold and not easily adjusted. One room smelled of sewerage on arrival and lasted a few days.
No dining or shopping facilities within walking distance from the resort.
